Allevio Care Anywhere Facility Scribe

Allevio Care Anywhere is seeking a facility scribe to support the delivery of exceptional patient care at assisted living facility partners. We are looking for someone positive and professional who enjoys interacting with our patient base and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides a great patient experience.
  • Confirm patient name and DOB prior to medical evaluation.
  • Explains and helps patient complete consent form.
  • Keeps organized records of documentation
  • Captures detailed notes during provider visit via verbal instruction.
  • Assist healthcare providers by preparing for patient visits, gathering necessary documents, and facilitating communication between patients and providers.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA standards, and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Acts as a patient advocate assisting with needs that arise during their visit such as putting on/removing shoes and socks and queuing up the next patient to be seen.
  • Other duties and responsibilities that may arise.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Some exposure to medical field and/or senior citizen population (preferred but not required).
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
