What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurately manage inbound and outbound truck weighing transactions using scale systems and software
  • Verify shipping, receiving, and billing documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Coordinate with drivers, operations, dispatch, and customers to maintain efficient material flow
  • Support office operations including answering phones, filing, greeting visitors, and providing administrative assistance as needed
  • Maintain records, reports, and logs to support operational, inventory, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide coverage at nearby facilities as needed and travel short distances within the region to support operational requirements

What Are We Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactions accurately
  • Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills, including phone and front-office interactions
  • Proficiency with computer systems, data entry tools, and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Experience in administrative support, scale house operations, dispatch, customer service, or related office environments
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, teamwork, and delivering exceptional service

Work Environment
This role operates primarily in a scale house environment with frequent interaction with truck drivers and plant personnel. The position may involve extended periods of sitting or standing, exposure to outdoor conditions, and a fast-paced operational setting.
