Sr SAP Resource Scheduling Functional Consultant

Welcome to our team! We are looking for a Senior SAP Resource Scheduling Functional Consultant to take the lead in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Resource Scheduling solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in resource planning, scheduling, and workforce management, as well as experience integrating SAP scheduling solutions with other SAP modules.

Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyze business requirements related to resource scheduling and workforce planning.
  • Design and configure SAP Resource Scheduling solutions based on business needs.
  • Lead workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
  • Configure, test, and deploy SAP Resource Scheduling functionality.
  • Integrate Resource Scheduling with SAP modules such as SAP PM, CS, S/4HANA Service, and HCM/SuccessFactors.
  • Develop functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
  • Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.
  • Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership.
  • Collaborate with project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
  • 8–12+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Resource Scheduling.
  • Experience with SAP PM, CS, or S/4HANA Service.
  • Strong understanding of resource planning, dispatching, and scheduling processes.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to scheduling.
  • Knowledge of SAP integration technologies and interfaces.
  • Strong business process analysis and solution design skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • SAP certification in relevant modules is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
  • Experience with Agile and SAP Activate methodologies.
  • Exposure to SAP Field Service Management (FSM) is an advantage.
