Requirements Required Skills
  • 12–15+ years of overall experience in SAP, with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) .
  • Proven experience leading at least two large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs .
  • Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance , including Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Finance Conversion .
  • Strong experience in financial data migration, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
  • Experience collaborating with global finance stakeholders, including CFO organizations, Controllership, and Shared Services .
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
  • Experience managing multi-vendor engagements and global delivery teams .
