Job description

Senior Director, SAP Solutions (Hybrid Work Schedule)

As the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment, HVAC and residential appliance parts, we like to do things a little differently. First, you need to understand and demonstrate our core values with safety being your first priority. That’s key. But we’re also looking for unique enthusiasm, high integrity, courage to embrace change…and if you know a few jokes, that puts you on the top of our list!

Do you have a genius-level knowledge of original equipment manufacturer parts? If not, no problem! We’re more interested in passionate people with fresh ideas from different backgrounds. That’s what keeps us at the top of our game.

  • Team member appreciation events and recognition programs
  • Volunteer opportunities
  • Monthly IT stipend
  • Casual dress code
  • On-demand pay options: Access your pay as you earn it, to cover unexpected or even everyday expenses
  • All the traditional benefits like health insurance, 401k/401k match, employee assistance programs and time away – don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
The Job at a Glance

The Senior Director, SAP Solutions will manage the execution of key enterprise-wide SAP solutions to ensure effective development and implementation of SAP enterprise systems in support of global business strategies. You will ensure that top to bottom system considerations are in support of business strategies and compliant with relevant regulatory agencies. You will also deliver agreed upon solutions on time, within scope, and consistent with agreed upon resource utilization.

A Typical Day
  • Assist in the development of the strategic long-range SAP Implementation Plan. This role has an enterprise-wide, global charter.
  • Create and ensure compliance with the policies, practices and procedures to build the infrastructure landscape, promotion to production methodology, and overall governance of the enterprise system on a worldwide basis.
  • Establish and manage teams configuring and developing solutions in the SAP system (architecture & standards, data management, solution set development, integration, system development, system change management, and 2nd level support) and interact extensively with business users across divisions.
  • Establish and maintain policies and procedures to ensure that all SAP projects leverage a standard template, follow a consistent methodology and are delivered on time and budget.
  • Ensure that relevant SAP modules offer consistency in content and “look and feel” across the enterprise.
  • Deliver SAP implementations in alignment with the IT Strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with outside firms used in SAP projects, and serve as Parts Town liaison with these firms.
To Land This Opportunity
  • You have a minimum of 15 years of progressive IT managerial experience in a decentralized environment.
  • You have experience in leading and organizing project teams and working across organizational boundaries.
  • You demonstrate experience with SAP implementations – multiple modules, specifically Order to Cash, S/4 experience required, RISE experience preferred.
  • You’re passionate about translating organizational strategic and tactical business plans into IT strategic and operations plans.
  • You have strong business and financial acumen.
  • You possess an “executive presence” with the ability to influence and advise executive leadership.
About Your Future Team

We are about working hard and playing hard. We are about having each other’s back, taking on responsibility and making things better for all. We are gritty, roll back your sleeves and get the job done with an inclusive, positive can‑do attitude. We enjoy our social events, celebrating with food (of course) and celebrating our team members’ life’s milestones and events.

At Parts Town, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. We prioritize our positive workplace culture where collaboration, growth, and work-life balance are celebrated.

Salary range: $172,672.13 to $257,950.16 annually, based on qualifications, experience, and geographical location. Parts Town is a pay‑for‑performance company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a profit‑sharing program, and an annual bonus depending on the role.

Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with match, employee assistance programs, paid time off, paid sick time off, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and professional development opportunities.

Parts Town welcomes diversity and as an equal opportunity employer all qualified applicants will be considered regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
