We are seeking a hands-on, senior-level contributor for our Salesforce CPQ platform. You will support and execute the configuration and maintenance of quoting and pricing enhancements-improving sales rep experience, increasing deal velocity, and enabling scalable, modern selling workflows. The ideal candidate blends deep CPQ expertise with strong business acumen, translating real-world sales processes and pain points into intuitive, maintainable solutions under the guidance of leadership.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Execute configuration and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce CPQ (products, pricing, rules, templates, approvals, governance) within established architecture.
  • Translate complex processes into simplified, scalable CPQ solutions that improve usability, accuracy, and speed.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to understand workflows, remove friction, and design better quoting experiences.
  • Implement and support robust pricing, discounting, and approval models balancing speed, control, and compliance.
  • Continuously improve sales rep experience by reducing manual steps, enabling guided selling, and standardizing best-practice patterns.
  • Simplify and optimize complex product, pricing, and bundling structures to reduce rule complexity and maintenance overhead.
  • Ensure alignment across CPQ, billing, and downstream finance systems to support clean quote-to-cash flows (process and data).
  • Collaborate with Engineering/Architecture on integrations, data contracts, reliability, and API-first patterns.
  • Contribute to testing and releases for CPQ changes including UAT design, regression approach, release notes, and deployment readiness.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ issues; perform root-cause analysis and escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.
  • Support adoption via stakeholder communication, playbooks, light training/change management for new workflows, and document processes.
  • Support existing AI initiatives by executing and testing configurations related to streamlined quoting, reduced manual effort, and improved data quality (assistive guidance, validation, summarization)
What You'll Need:
  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience with deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ (required).
  • Proven ability to translate business processes and user pain points into scalable, maintainable system solutions.
  • Strong grasp of quote-to-cash, discounting strategy, approvals, and sales operations workflows.
  • Hands-on CPQ configuration: product rules, price rules, approvals, quote templates, guided selling, and governance.
  • Effective cross-functional collaboration with Sales/RevOps/Finance; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Exposure to APIs, integrations, and headless architecture concepts (preferred).
  • Experience exploring or applying AI tools to improve quoting, pricing, or workflow efficiency.
