This role requires both technical acumen and strong problem-solving skills-someone who thrives in ambiguity, relentlessly pursues root causes, and delivers scalable, well-documented solutions. Experience supporting multiple Salesforce environments or working in consulting is highly valued.

  • Deploy & Maintain: Manage deployments and refreshes between environments using DevOps tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado) with repeatable, high-quality practices.
  • Administer & Troubleshoot Salesforce Revenue Cloud: Configure, maintain, and improve Revenue Cloud functionality, including Bundles, Configuration Attributes, Product & Price Rules, and Advanced Approvals.
  • Sales Cloud & O2C Expertise: Own and optimize end-to-end Opportunity-to-Cash processes across opportunity, quote, order, contract, and billing stages.
  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve quoting, configuration, and QCP (Quote Calculator Plugin) logic issues.
  • Workflow Alignment: Ensure Revenue Cloud configurations align with downstream processes such as order management, subscription lifecycle, amendments, and renewals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Ops, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement improvements.
  • Documentation & Training: Maintain clear system documentation, user guides, and training materials to drive user adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify process bottlenecks and propose enhancements that drive scalability, efficiency, and business value.\
What You Bring
