 Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce. 
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and work with developers to implement scalable solutions. 
  • Serve as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables. 
  • Perform gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement using Salesforce tools and capabilities. 
  • Support configuration and testing of Salesforce features such as objects, workflows, validation rules, and reports. 
  • Assist in managing Salesforce projects and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with business needs. 
  • Develop and maintain detailed process flows, data maps, and documentation. 
  • Conduct user training sessions and support change management efforts. 
  • Maintain up--to-date knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and recommend best  practices.
