Talent Acquisition Manager (Full-time, In-office)

Bond OpCo, LLC

Fort Lauderdale, FL

Full-time

Posted 10 days ago

Job description

Who We Are

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

Role Overview

BOND is a private aviation company building the operational infrastructure behind a world-class charter and managed fleet experience. As we scale across a multi-state footprint, we need a TA leader who can build recruiting infrastructure from the ground up while holding the line on process and compliance.

This is not a solo recruiter role. The Talent Acquisition Manager owns the full recruiting lifecycle, from job description to signed offer, across a genuinely complex portfolio: pilots, cabin crew, director-level maintenance and engineering leadership, operations and support functions, corporate roles, and hard-to-fill specialized positions, each with its own sourcing playbook and compliance requirements. The strongest candidates have led recruiting staff or external partners before, bring real aviation sector experience, and are just as comfortable advising a VP on market realities as they are training a new hiring manager on Greenhouse.

We're looking for someone who has built TA infrastructure in a high-growth environment and has also operated inside structured, compliance-conscious programs. That combination, the ability to create order and maintain it, is what this role requires. This is an in-office role based at BOND's Fort Lauderdale office. The Talent Acquisition Manager works onsite alongside our HR, Flight Operations, and Maintenance leadership, with periodic travel for recruiting events, career fairs, and visits to other BOND locations. Candidates currently residing in the South Florida area are preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruiting across the full spectrum of BOND roles: executive and director-level searches, technical and specialized aviation positions (pilots, cabin attendants, A&P and MX leadership), operations and support functions, and corporate roles
  • Apply differentiated sourcing and assessment strategies for exempt and non-exempt roles across multiple levels, functions, and markets
  • Serve as BOND's Greenhouse administrator: configuration, workflows, interview kits, scorecards, reporting, and new user training
  • Build and maintain compliant, multi-state job postings across BOND's nine-state footprint as state laws evolve, including salary transparency, ban-the-box, and EEO requirements
  • Design compliant hiring processes end-to-end; coach hiring managers on legally sound interviewing, documentation standards, and consistent candidate disposition practices
  • Hold hiring managers accountable to process: scorecard deadlines, interview feedback turnaround, and approval workflows
  • Track and present recruiting analytics to senior leadership: time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source quality, funnel conversion, diversity metrics, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire proxies
  • Use talent market intelligence, including compensation benchmarks and competitor hiring activity, to advise leadership on realistic timelines and sourcing strategy
  • Advise and push back on executives and hiring managers on role scope, comp competitiveness, and candidate evaluation when the situation calls for it
  • Partner directly with the CEO's office on confidential, senior-level searches
  • Shape BOND's employer brand and candidate experience across every touchpoint

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a complex, varied portfolio: executive, technical, operational, corporate, field, and hard-to-fill specialized roles
  • Direct aviation sector recruiting experience is required: pilots, cabin crew, aircraft maintenance, or aviation leadership
  • Prior leadership of recruiting staff, coordinators, sourcers, or external agency/RPO partners
  • Demonstrated experience building TA infrastructure in a high-growth or startup environment, plus exposure to structured, compliance-heavy programs
  • Greenhouse ATS proficiency, including configuration, workflows, reporting, and end-user training
  • Working knowledge of multi-state job posting and employment law requirements: EEO/OFCCP, ADA, FCRA, pay transparency, salary history laws, and I-9/E-Verify
  • Experience tracking and presenting recruiting analytics and market intelligence to senior leadership
  • Proven ability to manage executive relationships with candor and influence hiring decisions through data
  • Ability to work in-office at our Fort Lauderdale location on a full-time basis. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
  • Willingness and ability to travel periodically (approximately [X]%) for recruiting events, career fairs, industry conferences, and travel to other BOND locations.
  • Currently residing in, or able to reliably commute to, the South Florida area. Local candidates preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Part 135 or Part 91 charter/aviation operations
  • Experience scaling a company through rapid growth (e.g., 50 to 200+ employees)
  • Background managing both internal recruiting teams and external agency or RPO partnerships
  • Employer branding or recruitment marketing experience
  • PHR, SHRM-CP, or aviation HR-related certification

Why BOND

We're building a next-generation aviation company, and we invest in the people making it happen. Joining BOND means stepping into a fast-moving, high-standards environment where your work has a direct impact from day one.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility (role dependent)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with supplemental coverage options and company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays for eligible roles

If you're ready to help build something exceptional — we'd love to hear from you!
