Job description:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive IT experience in enterprise application support and delivery.
  • Strong hands-on experience with DocuSign administration, configuration, and platform support.
  • Expertise in DocuSign workflow, template design, routing rules, and Bulk Send.
  • Experience building DocuSign REST API and SDK integrations.
  • Hands-on integration experience with Malbek, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise applications.
  • Experience with SSO, SAML, authentication, and security integration for DocuSign.
  • Strong experience in audit trails, compliance reporting, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of ITIL, including incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate, RPA, and Python for workflow and operational automation.
  • Strong background in SLA/KPI governance, RCA, continuous improvement, and application lifecycle management.
