Location :- Toledo, OH.


Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. Minimum 8+ years of experience in procurement, source-to-pay, procure-to-pay or enterprise procurement transformation programs.

2. Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end Coupa deployments, rollouts and enhancements, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live and hypercare.

3. Strong functional knowledge of Coupa modules such as Procurement, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Supplier Information Management (SIM), Supplier Portal, Contracts, Invoicing and supplier enablement.

4. Experience integrating Coupa with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise financial/procurement platforms.

5. Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay processes, including requisitioning, purchase orders, approvals, supplier onboarding, catalog/non-catalog buying, invoice processing and payment status flows.

6. Ability to independently lead customer workshops, capture business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, design solutions and recommend Coupa best practices.

7. Experience preparing functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scenarios, UAT scripts, cutover plans and deployment readiness materials.

8. Ability to work with integration teams on interface design, data mapping, API/middleware coordination, error handling, reconciliation and end-to-end validation.

9. Client-facing experience with strong communication skills and ability to work with global stakeholders, business users, IT teams and vendors.

10. Ability to lead deployments with minimal supervision and guide junior consultants or offshore team members.


Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead Coupa implementation, rollout and enhancement projects independently from requirements through deployment and hypercare.

2. Conduct discovery sessions, blueprinting workshops and requirement validation meetings with customer stakeholders.

3. Translate business needs into scalable Coupa solution designs aligned with procurement and finance process requirements.

4. Configure Coupa modules and coordinate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, data migration and custom development needs.

5. Own functional deliverables including process flows, solution design, configuration documents, test scripts, training inputs and cutover plans.

6. Lead conference room pilots, solution demonstrations, system integration testing, UAT planning, defect triage and business sign-offs.

7. Coordinate ERP integration activities with SAP/Oracle/other ERP teams and support end-to-end testing of master data, transactions and status updates.

8. Provide proactive recommendations for process standardization, automation, supplier enablement and procurement user adoption.

9. Manage day-to-day communication with customer stakeholders, project managers, onsite/offshore teams and third-party partners.

10. Support production deployment, hypercare, issue resolution, knowledge transfer and transition to support teams.
