Join One Community Bank as a Full-Time BSA Analyst
One Community Bank is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Analyst to join our team. This full-time, remote-eligible position offers a unique opportunity to advance your career in a forward-thinking financial institution while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
As a BSA Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the bank's compliance and risk management efforts. You will collaborate with senior leadership, including the AVP-BSA/AML/OFAC Officer, EVP & Chief Risk Officer, and VP-Compliance, to ensure the bank's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position is ideal for a compliance professional who is passionate about regulatory integrity, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in development of applicable programs, policies, procedures, and related risk
    assessments.
  • Perform internal monitoring reviews.
  • Prepare document requests during independent audits and exams.
  • Assist in BSA activities including: monitoring, reporting, and training.
  • Assist is AML activities.
  • Works with SAR investigations and understands suspicious activities.
  • Assist the bank in managing and ensuring required training is completed across the bank.
  • Maintain a working understanding of the Verafin system.
  • Be a resource for OCB colleagues on BSA/AML procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on compliance or risk management.
  • Strong understanding of BSA, AML, and OFAC regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Familiarity with compliance software (e.g., Verafin) is preferred.
