Job description

Position Summary

Kaseya is seeking a results-oriented and client-focused Senior Account Manager to cultivate long-term relationships with our most strategic customers. This role is critical to driving retention, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor to our top-tier enterprise clients. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and help clients maximize the value of their investment in Kaseya's IT and security management solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison for a portfolio of high-value, complex key accounts. Develop in-depth account knowledge and strategic engagement plans. 
  • Account Growth: Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with customer objectives and Kaseya's solutions. 
  • Retention & Renewal: Proactively manage contract renewals and ensure continued customer satisfaction to maintain high retention rates across assigned accounts. 
  • Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer within Kaseya and advocate internally for enhancements that meet client needs. 
  • Business Reviews & Reporting: Lead regular executive business reviews (EBRs) and provide insights through performance reporting, roadmap alignment, and risk mitigation plans. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Product Management, and Support to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and escalation resolution. 
  • Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Kaseya as a strategic partner in the client's long-term IT strategy. 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS, MSP, or IT services environment. 
  • Demonstrated track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and achieving account growth and retention goals. 
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives and IT decision-makers. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and storytelling abilities. 
  • Experience in building and executing strategic account plans. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Background in IT management software, cybersecurity solutions, or managed service provider ecosystems. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus. Â
