• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual and business client needs.
• Provide expert advice on investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
• Conduct regular financial reviews to assess client portfolios and recommend adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver holistic financial solutions.
• Stay informed of market trends, regulatory changes, and new financial products to ensure clients receive current advice.
• Mentor junior advisors and contribute to the continuous improvement of the firm’s advisory processes.

• Established Portable Book of Business: Must possess an active, portable book of business generating a minimum of $50 Million in AUM and/or $500,000 in gross annual revenue (GDC or advisory fees).
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFP or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a financial advisor or similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial planning principles, tax laws, and estate planning techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships and grow a client base.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• High ethical standards and commitment to acting in the best interests of clients at all times.
