What You Will Do:
- Oversee all production testing and Design Verification Testing efforts for the RF CCAs.
- Act as a technical interface between the test team and program leadership.
- Conduct comprehensive RF CCA/module checkout in accordance with the developed test plan and validate against the requirements matrix.
- Ensure compliance with technical performance standards and program requirements.
- Perform failure investigations and troubleshooting of RF hardware to identify and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) to ensure Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasking and priorities are achieved.
- Review and analyze data for all current RF CCA/module deliveries to ensure accuracy and alignment with program objectives.
- Provide support for sub-system integration activities, as required.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the following areas:
- RF, analog, digital, and power electronics test methodology and troubleshooting, RF circuit card design and fabrication, Simulation and analysis of RF products.
- Experience with any combination of the following tools:
- Signal generator, spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, Xpedition Schematic/Layout Tool or equivalent, SystemVue/Genesys or equivalent or Advanced Design System (ADS) or equivalent.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance post-start is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Advanced degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Highly self-motivated individual with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Capable of preparing technical review documentation with minimal oversight.
- Strong knowledge of RF/Digital electronics and practical experience across all phases of the product development lifecycle.
- Expertise in design and testing of areas such as:
- Up-down converters and synthesizers.

- High-speed data converter test/characterization.
