In the mobility division of Brady Corp's Productivity Solutions and Services, you will have the opportunity to use your advanced knowledge of the RF engineering discipline to design some of our most electrically innovative products. Using the same technology that's in your smart phone, Brady Corp. Android based mobility devices incorporate high speed multiple core processors, leading edge LPDDR and Flash memory, advanced radios (cellular 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi 6E, BTLE, NFC, GPS, RFID), and Li-ion battery technology, all in an ultra-rugged compact design.
You will be part of a group of highly committed EE and RF professionals who provide expertise to ensure the success of complex engineering projects and programs while acting as a mentor to more junior engineers. You will interact with internal and external customers to facilitate the completion of products to customer specifications.
This role is based in Milwaukee, WI, or Charlotte, NC.
  • Lead a team of engineers through the RF specification, design, execution, and certification of mobility products
  • Work closely with outside partners, managing the design process and ensuring quality output
  • Lead and resolve complex design challenges and issues through hands-on in-house lab testing and guidance of extended team members
  • Properly assess design risk and seek to mitigate
  • Partner with marketing to determine customer needs and requirements
  • Present to leadership and external customers
  • Identify opportunities and propose technical improvements by applying advanced RF engineering knowledge and principles
