This position will be a key member of the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team in support of the final design, development, production, integration, test, and delivery of this critical capability focused on the requirements development, decomposition, and verification. In this role, you will: Perform Requirements and Verification Engineering for the next-gen wideband MILSATCOM system. This includes leading efforts to: Develop, allocate, flow-down both performance and functional requirements from the system to it's constituent segments and elements Coordinate closely across the SEIT team and with lower-tier systems, hardware, and software engineers to ensure a comprehensive allocation and understanding of the system requirements Develop verification and validation plans; lead the applicable verification and validation activities ensuring the systems both meets requirements and performs as needed Support/lead key program design reviews Multiple locations available for this position.

This position is contingent on program award, expected in 3Q 2026. Applicant selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. The information below includes the standard job description for this position Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems.

Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.

For positions that perform IT responsibilities, use E646, Systems Engr-IT. Basic Qualifications Requirements allocation, flowdown, verification, and/or VCRM development experience Familiarity with DOORS and/or CAMEO Experience working either Satellite or Ground Segment programs Eligibility to obtain a DOD SECRET Security Clearance.
