Position Summary

RF Power Ventilation is seeking an experienced HVAC Estimator & Project Manager to oversee commercial HVAC projects from initial estimate through project completion. This role combines technical expertise, project management, and customer interaction to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HVAC replacement leads, customer meetings, and site evaluations.
  • Develop accurate estimates, budgets, and project proposals.
  • Evaluate HVAC systems and identify replacement or design-build opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, vendors, and internal teams on project planning and pricing.
  • Present proposals and serve as a point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage awarded projects, schedules, and major project milestones.
  • Coordinate crane lifts, startups, owner training, and other critical project events.
  • Oversee project execution, documentation, closeout packages, as-builts, and warranties.
  • Ensure timely billing and identify future service opportunities.
