  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Highly proficient with RF test equipment, including spectrum analyzers, signal generators, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and vector network analyzers.
  • Comfortable navigating Linux environments, utilizing command-line interfaces, executing shell scripts, and working with debugging utilities.
  • Experience using programming languages such as Python or MATLAB for data parsing, telemetry analysis, and test automation.
  • Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex, system-level issues.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time to support testing, integration, and demonstrations at remote and outdoor field sites.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • Currently hold and are able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Direct experience working with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) and EW systems.
  • Familiarity with common wireless communication protocols and their associated test methodologies.
  • Understanding of military standards (such as MIL-STD-810 or MIL-STD-461) and spectrum regulatory test methods.
