We're looking for a Senior RF Hardware Engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This role supports advanced test systems used to validate complex hardware from early development through production and sustainment.
In this role, you'll contribute across the engineering lifecycle-from design and development through integration, testing, production support, and sustainment.
What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to define and develop system solutions
  • Support system design, integration, testing, and validation activities
  • Work with models, simulations, prototypes, hardware, software, and test environments
  • Identify technical risks and support informed engineering decisions
  • Help improve system performance, reliability, affordability, and efficiency

What We're Looking For:
  • Active and transferrable TS/SCI with polygraph U.S. government issued clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain special program access prior to start date
  • Prior experience supporting Operations and Maintenance (O&M) ground systems engineering activities for a satellite communications system
  • Experience generating, analyzing, tracking, and managing requirements
  • Experience with systems engineering developing and maintaining schematics, analysis, block diagrams, system Bill of Materials (BOMs), and design review packages
  • Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations. * *
  • Apply previous knowledge and experience to provide recommendations for development of new operational concepts, architecture, and to increase efficiencies within the existing system
  • Experience working with vendors for the timely repair and tracking of critical operational hardware
