Job description

WHO WE ARE:
Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems has an opportunity for a Systems Engineering Integration and Test (SEIT) Lead for operational systems within the Ground Cyber Electronic Warfare portfolio. The successful candidate will be an engineering leader to oversee operations and maintenance for complex software-defined RF system installations in OCONUS/CONUS locations. Ability to travel to OCONUS locations several times throughout the year is desired for this position.
THE WORK:
The SEIT Lead would maintain and enhance the engineering baseline, develop testing strategies for upgrades, and oversee the change management process including chairing engineering review boards. The candidate must develop a deep technical knowledge of all aspects of the system architecture in order to identify change impacts due to obsolescence as well as guide paths to expanded capabilities for growth opportunities. As a technical leader, the candidate will be a primary subject matter expert of the system, comfortable with leading technical discussions across internal engineering disciplines, internal senior leadership, and external customers.

A Senior Staff Systems Engineering Integration and Test Lead to join our team.
The candidate would collaborate with the chief engineer, logistics project manager, and the engineering disciplines to ensure system operational availability, oversee integration of system upgrades, and transfer knowledge to trainers to equip government operators and maintainers.
