Job description

The company is one of South Florida's most well-respected builders with an excellent reputation and track record. The company does in excess of $850M annually with the majority of their work being negotiated with repeat clients. This general contractor offers a stable and long-term opportunity with significant growth potential along with an excellent and fun culture. They specialize in multifamily, high-rise condo, hotel, municipal and public work as well as special projects.


Due to growth, they are looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team to help lead and manage a very high profile high-rise project in West Palm Beach. This is truly an excellent opportunity to work for a company that you can retire with and enjoy your work at the same time.


Requirements

-10+ years' experience working with a reputable general contractor managing projects in the $50M-$300M range

-Strong leadership and management skills required

-Must enjoy being part of a team and helping others grow

-Must be in South Florida and have knowledge of the local market
