The Role
TrakMotive is seeking a Senior Corporate Strategy Analyst to serve as a key strategic partner to internal and executive teams. Functioning as an internal consultant and subject-matter expert, you will lead and shape high-impact business initiatives, driving value through advanced quantitative and qualitative analysis.
This role operates with a high degree of autonomy, managing large and complex projects while providing strategic input that influences business priorities. From monitoring competitor market share to building sophisticated financial models, your work will form the foundation for critical business decisions. Experience with pricing is a major value add!

What You’ll Do
Strategy amp; Growth Leadership
  • Serve as an internal consultant by providing strategic input to shape initiative direction, business priorities, and long-term planning
  • Break down complex and ambiguous business challenges by identifying key issues, risks, and drivers of value

Experience amp; Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ years of professional experience in management consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or related analytical roles
Problem Solving amp; Strategic Thinking
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently on complex and ambiguous problems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify key issues, form hypotheses, and develop clear points of view
  • Proven ability to balance deep analytical detail with big-picture strategic thinking
  • Strong financial modeling and data visualization capabilities, price modeling preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn new tools quickly
