Job description

Procopio is seeking a Senior Applications & Reporting Analyst (Finance & Risk) to join the team in our Irvine office in Orange County on a hybrid work schedule. The Senior Applications & Reporting Analyst will play a key role in supporting the firm’s financial systems, reporting infrastructure, and business operations. This position is responsible for the oversight, optimization, and performance of the firm’s financial management and intake/conflicts platforms, while delivering reporting and analytics that support strategic decision-making across Finance, Risk, Practice Teams, and Firm Leadership.

Responsibilities include administering and supporting the firm’s Intapp ecosystem and Aderant platform, managing system updates and integrations, and developing dashboards and reporting tools that provide insights into billing, collections, attorney activity, client trends, and other key business metrics. This role will also support budgeting and financial reporting initiatives, contribute to data quality and governance efforts, and help identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and the use of emerging legal technology and AI tools.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in analytics, business systems, or reporting, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong experience with Intapp, Aderant, SQL Server, advanced Excel, and reporting or business intelligence tools is highly preferred. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, leadership, and business professionals across the firm.

Procopio offers generous total compensation packages. Typical pay range is from $125,000 – $150,000+ depending on experience.
