What You'll Do

???? Complete maintenance work orders
⚡ Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting and general repairs
???? Respond to after-hours emergencies during your scheduled on-call rotation
???? Coordinate with vendors and property management teams
????‍???? Help train and mentor new maintenance technicians
???? Deliver outstanding service to our residents

What We're Looking For

✔️ Valid driver's license
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred (apartment, facilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or related trades)
✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent customer service and communication
✔️ Comfortable using an iPhone for work orders
✔️ Able to work independently and perform the physical demands of the position
