Job description

Job Description:

We are seeking a Scrum Master with proven experience who can step into the role quickly with minimal training and begin contributing immediately.
The ideal candidate will have strong Agile facilitation, stakeholder management, dependency and risk management, SAFe, and Azure DevOps experience.
Beyond the technical qualifications, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a collaborative team-first mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships across business and technology stakeholders.
The ideal candidate proactively identifies risks and issues, communicates transparently, escalates concerns when appropriate, and quickly becomes a trusted partner to both leadership and delivery teams.
Contract-to-hire candidates who are interested in a long-term opportunity and can meet our hybrid work expectations are highly preferred. While not a requirement, candidates with an interest in AI, automation, and tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, or Power
Automate would be viewed favorably, as these skills can help drive continuous improvement and team efficiency.
To support a successful transition, we have established 30-day, and 60-day onboarding and training plans designed to help new Scrum Masters become familiar with our teams, processes, tools, and expectations.
