As a Senior Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality counseling services to a diverse clientele in Stockton, California. You will utilize your expertise as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to provide comprehensive mental health support, addressing the multifaceted needs of our clients.

• Deliver professional counseling services through various platforms including video conferencing, ensuring that all interactions are of the highest standard and tailored to meet client needs.
• Engage in proactive case management by facilitating transportation for clients to appointments, instructing them on public transportation, and ensuring they maintain all required medical visits.
• Maintain adequate household supplies for the foundational needs of clients, ensuring they thrive in their daily environments.
• Conduct thorough assessments to develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals, ensuring they are regularly updated based on progress and feedback.
• Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and contract requirements, upholding the integrity of care and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach to client care, fostering open communication and shared responsibility.
• Document client interactions meticulously including notes and reports, ensuring all records are complete and accurate in accordance with agency guidelines.
• Support clients with life skills, such as meal planning and cooking, empowering them to become self-sufficient and confident in their daily lives.
• Provide reminders and assistance concerning medication management, ensuring clients adhere to their prescribed regimens and understand their medication needs.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California is mandatory; we cannot accept associate-level licenses, as they are not billable through Medicare.

• Experience working with geriatric populations is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to new technologies and telehealth platforms.
• A track record of managing multiple cases in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills.
• A self-motivated individual capable of working independently without direct supervision.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
