Clear Mind Counseling Center, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time remote position based in Stockton, California. This position is entirely remote, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a balanced work-life integration. You will be part of a virtual outpatient office that prioritizes communication and teamwork. Our team utilizes various digital tools and platforms to foster collaboration and monitor client progress effectively. Despite the remote setting, regular virtual team meetings and individual supervision sessions will ensure you receive guidance and support as you navigate your therapeutic practice.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate a range of therapeutic interventions and support services.
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating a safe and conducive environment for healing and personal growth.
• Engage family members in the therapeutic process, offering education and resources to help them understand and support their loved one's recovery.
• Maintain detailed daily clinical records that track client progress and adhere to quality assurance standards.
• Actively participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives, assessing the effectiveness of therapeutic practices and making recommendations for enhancement.

Your primary focus will be on children, adolescents, and young adults who are navigating various mental health challenges. Our clients often come from diverse backgrounds and may be dealing with issues ranging from anxiety and depression to family conflict and trauma. Experience working with faith-based communities or male clients is highly desirable as we aim to address the specific needs of our patient population comprehensively.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
• An active LMFT license in California.
• A minimum of two years of direct mental health care experience with children, teens, or young adults.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, social service entities, and families.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development within the mental health field.

• Experience working within faith-based communities and with male clients across various life stages.
• Familiarity with current telehealth practices and tools designed to enhance remote therapy.
