• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly understand clients' substance use histories and co-occurring mental health conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that directly address both addiction and any related mental health issues, ensuring the application of evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or motivational interviewing.
• Collaborate diligently with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to foster integrated care tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Involve and educate clients’ families in the treatment process, creating an enriched recovery experience for those in the client’s support network.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with state regulations, ensuring high standards of confidentiality and ethical practice.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3-5 years of direct counseling experience in substance abuse treatment environments, with a preference for those who have experience managing cases with dual diagnoses. The position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
