• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status, establishing a clear understanding of their individual needs and challenges.

As a Senior Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with pre-screened adult clients who are stable and have low acuity. This targeted approach allows you to engage in comprehensive therapeutic relationships with your clients, focusing on long-term improvement and overall mental wellness rather than immediate crisis management. Your practice will encompass various methodologies tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals, emphasizing empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental demeanor.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• An active and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.
• A minimum of three years of direct experience within the mental health field, showcasing competence in therapy delivery and client management.
