Familiarity with tools like Embarcadero RAD Studio, version control systems (e.g., Git), and possibly certifications in Delphi are typically expected. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and self-motivation are crucial soft skills for excelling in a remote and collaborative environment. These skills ensure the delivery of robust, maintainable software solutions while enabling effective teamwork and independent productivity.
