About the Role:
Brighter Mind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Villa Park, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families by delivering high-quality ABA therapy services in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments
  • Design, develop, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment results
  • Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Provide parent and caregiver training to support generalization of skills
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and standards
Requirements:
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience conducting FBAs, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, or similar assessments
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Experience supervising RBTs or behavior technicians preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered approach to care
