This position works closely with Client Services, Payment Services, Sales, Management, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of client data, reporting, and scheduled deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL Server and data-analysis skills, be comfortable troubleshooting complex data and processing issues, and be able to independently take ownership of technical problems through resolution. This position will also serve as an experienced technical resource for other members of the Data Development team.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, functions, and other database objects.
  • Analyze, validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot data from multiple sources and file formats.
  • Monitor and support scheduled data loads, reports, statements, files, and other client deliverables.

  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
  • Independently manage assigned work and proactively communicate status, risks, dependencies, and potential delays.

  • Work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.
Qualifications

  • Ability to independently investigate problems and drive solutions through completion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
