Job Description:
Societe Generale is seeking a Senior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to support its Broker Dealer Regulatory Reporting function. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEA rules 15c3-1 and 15c3-3, with hands-on experience in U.S. broker-dealer operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly 15c3-3 Customer and PAB Reserve Computations
  • Prepare 15c3-1 Net Capital Calculations

Required Qualifications:
  • Active Series 27 license
  • Strong knowledge of SEA Rules 15c3-1 and 15c3-3
  • Broker-dealer regulatory reporting experience
  • Familiarity with broker-dealer accounting and operations
Preferred:
  • CPA designation
