TheOpportunity:

Firehouse Subs has grown digital sales from less than 5% tonearly 50%of system sales and continues to scale rapidly.We'reseeking aManager, Digital Commerce & Marketplace Strategyto lead one of the brand's most important growth engines: our third-party delivery business.

This role owns a$250M+ digital businessspanning DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.You'llbe responsiblefordriving profitable sales growth,optimizingthe guest experience, and enhancing franchisee profitability.Youwill shape marketplace strategy, influence the digital commerce roadmap, and partner closely with franchisees, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams to unlock growth.

This is a highly visible role with regular exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to help define the future of Firehouse Subs' off-premiseand digital commerce strategy.

RBIfollowsa 5 day, in-office work schedule to support collaboration. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week.

Roles andResponsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to grow third-party deliverychannels, balancing sales growth with margin optimization.

  • Marketplace Performance: Own performance across delivery platforms (DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub), including promotions, ads, and merchandising.

  • Commercial Optimization: Build andoptimizepromotional calendars, ensuring efficientspendand strong ROI across all marketplace investments.

  • Marketplace Experience & Governance:Manage the end-to-end user experience across third-party platforms, including menu architecture, pricing, availability, and channel guardrails to protect brand standards and profitability.

  • Testing & Innovation: Lead a test-and-learn roadmap (promotions,bundling, upsell strategies, group ordering) to improve conversion andorder size.

  • Analytics & Insights:Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (sales, fees,check size,profitability,conversion, ratings, cancellations, etc.) to inform decisions and strategy.

  • Vendor Management:Own relationships with third-party delivery partners and technology providers, including regular business reviews and performance tracking.

  • Platform Enhancements:Partner with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize enhancements across ordering platforms based on business goals and franchisee feedback.

  • Franchisee Engagement:Partner closely with franchisees and advisory groups to gather insights, drive adoption, and ensure successful execution.

  • Leadership Communication:Support senior leadership reviews and contribute recommendations for business performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+years of experience in digital commerce, marketplace management, delivery, or off-premisestrategy, ideally in QSR, restaurants, retail, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses.

  • Proven ability to drive growth through third-party delivery platforms withstrongunderstanding of promotions, ads, and unit economics.

  • Experience working with digital ordering ecosystems (e.g., Olo, aggregators, POS integrations)

  • Strong analytical skills; experience working with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. SQL experience is a plus.

  • Track recordof owning cross-functional initiatives (product, marketing, operations,technology).

  • Experience managing external partners and vendors, including negotiations and performance management.

  • Strong communicationskills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.

  • Ability tooperateboth strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degreerequired(technical or analytical field preferred).
