Role: Sr. UX Designer

Location: Omaha, NE (Onsite - 5 days a week)

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team in Omaha, NE. This role requires an experienced UX professional who can lead user-centered design initiatives, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and solve complex business and customer problems.

You will work across the full UX lifecycle, including user research, UX strategy, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI and responsive/mobile design, visual design, qualitative and quantitative research, and Figma or similar prototyping tools. This person should also be skilled in applying design systems and WCAG accessibility standards to create intuitive, scalable, and accessible digital experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead UX design efforts from discovery through final delivery

  • Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research

  • Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes

  • Conduct usability testing and apply findings to improve designs

  • Design responsive experiences across desktop and mobile platforms

  • Apply design systems and WCAG accessibility standards

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders

  • Present design rationale and influence decision-making with clear recommendations

  • Support implementation by guiding teams on UX design execution

  • Provide critiques, mentor junior designers, and contribute to team design quality

Required Qualifications

  • 7-15 years of UX design experience

  • Strong UI and responsive/mobile design skills

  • Expertise in visual design and usability testing

  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research

The base salary for this position is $ 92,250 to $104,000 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
