The Role
The Senior Quality Control (QC) Analyst is responsible for executing controls across multiple Defined Benefit operational functions in WI Client Service Operations. The team collaborates with business partners to design and execute controls and drive operational improvements through our analysis.
This role will be filled as a grade 4 or 5, depending on experience of the candidate.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree (Mathematics, Finance or Business) or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of DB Calculation experience is required.
  • Knowledge and experience using DBcs, XTRAC, CCW, Customer WebView, FOCUS or any other relevant Fidelity systems.
  • Expertise with Excel to perform complex calculations and glean data from large data sets
  • Strong working knowledge of DB regulatory environment is preferred
  • Ability to take initiative to problem solve and design improved processes and controls

The Team
The DB QC Analyst is a member of the broader Quality and Exception Management team within WI Client Service Operations. We are tasked with gauging the quality of work being performed within the various operations and implementations teams and providing insights that help improve accuracy, reduce financial exposure, and improve client satisfaction. We interact with stakeholders throughout all levels of the global operations teams including front line associates, managers, and senior leaders.
Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
