Senior QA Engineer - Servicenow

Plano Texas or McLean Virginia

Introduction

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to support a ServiceNow implementation team focused on the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) module. The team is in need of an experienced QA resource who can support both manual and automated testing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Testing ServiceNow configurations, customizations, enhancements, integrations, and new functionality
RequirementsRequired Skills
  • 5+ years of QA/Testing experience
  • Hands-on testing experience within the ServiceNow platform
  • ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) experience
  • Automation testing experience
  • Active ServiceNow certification
  • Experience testing ServiceNow configurations, workflows, integrations, and platform functionality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Naturally curious, collaborative, and a strong culture fit
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting ServiceNow IRM implementations
  • ATF testing experience within IRM modules
  • GRC experience
  • Selenium and/or WebDriver automation experience
  • JavaScript or Python experience
  • ServiceNow development experience
  • API testing experience
