This role is ideal for an experienced Quality Engineering professional who has evolved beyond traditional testing and serves as a technical partner to Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Software Engineers throughout the Agile software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, improving software quality through Shift-Left testing practices, and driving continuous improvements within our QA organization.

We''''''''re also looking for someone who embraces modern AI technologies and has begun incorporating tools such as Claude into their daily workflow to accelerate automation development, improve test coverage, generate test cases, analyze requirements, and increase overall engineering productivity.

Responsibilities

·         Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for enterprise web applications, APIs, and backend services.

·         Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Software Engineers to review business requirements and identify quality risks early in the development lifecycle.

·         Develop automated regression, functional, integration, API, and end-to-end test suites.

·         Build and maintain CI/CD test automation pipelines.

·         Perform exploratory testing on new functionality while continuously identifying opportunities for automation.

·         Analyze production defects and partner with development teams to identify root causes and improve overall application quality.

·         Champion Shift-Left testing methodologies by engaging during requirements, design, and development phases.

·         Promote quality engineering standards across multiple Agile teams.

·         Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical ways to improve QA efficiency.

·         Increase engineering productivity while maintaining human oversight and quality standards

Required Qualifications

·         10+ years of Quality Assurance or Software Test Automation experience

·         Extensive experience working within Agile/Scrum software development environments

·         Proven experience partnering directly with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and Software Developers throughout the SDLC

·         Experience automating UI, API, regression, smoke, integration, and end-to-end testing

·         Experience testing REST APIs

·         Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Quality Engineering best practices
