Job description

Are you a product leader who thrives on turning complex operations into clean, well-built software? Join us as we close out a major rewrite of our core platform — and take the wheel on what comes next!

Imedview is a claims and litigation service partner specializing in Liability, Workers’ Compensation, and No-Fault/PIP Claims. Our expertise allows us to proudly service both legal and insurance professionals, nationally. With more than 20 years of experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships, we’re growing fast — and we’re always on the lookout for exceptional individuals to join our dynamic, expanding family. Ready to be part of something groundbreaking? Come grow with us!

We’re prioritizing candidates in New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), Massachusetts (MA), Connecticut (CT), Maine (ME), New Hampshire (NH), Virginia (VA), and Maryland (MD) to strengthen regional collaboration. While we offer remote flexibility, these states are key to our growth strategy. While we offer the flexibility of remote work, we highlight applicants from these states to ensure strong regional ties and seamless collaboration within our teams. Occasional travel to our NYC or Saugerties office may be required.

About the Role

To meet increasing client demand, we are deepening our investment in product and engineering. We’ve assembled an in-house engineering team that combines startup execution discipline with experience from large-scale tech companies, and we’re committed to building an amazing product and engineering culture in-house. We’re wrapping up the rewrite of our core internal software and we’re looking to finish strong before moving into the next chapter of continued development.

This is a senior individual-contributor role. Beyond product delivery, the Senior Product Manager sets product direction, establishes product practices and standards, and acts as a force multiplier across the organization — mentoring others and driving alignment without direct reports. You’ll help close out the rewrite and then take ownership of the broader product roadmap as the company evolves.

What You’ll Do

  • Own product direction as we finish the software rewrite and lead the transition into continued development, partnering with the Head of Platform Engineering to ensure requirements are well-defined, documented, and understood by engineering.
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap, balancing short-term delivery needs against long-term product health, technical debt, and scalability.
  • Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders across operations, compliance, and leadership — resolving competing priorities into a clear, defensible plan.
  • Document complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements, clear specifications, and well-structured user stories.
  • Own and groom the product backlog, collaborating with engineering to clarify scope, sequence work, and make pragmatic trade-off decisions.
  • Maintain stakeholder accountability across a multi-network environment spanning several distinct platforms and client portals.
  • Define and track product success metrics, using data to validate outcomes and inform prioritization.
  • Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, building cross-functional alignment.
  • Establish and improve product management practices, documentation standards, and intake/prioritization processes for the growing product function.
  • Mentor and guide other product and project staff, raising the bar for product discipline across the team.

What You Bring: Qualifications

  • 6+ years in product management, ideally in a software development context, with a track record of owning products or major initiatives end to end.
  • Demonstrated ability to gather, structure, and write clear requirements and specifications for complex systems.
  • Proven success leading large internal projects or system rewrites from concept through delivery.
  • Experience defining roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and product success metrics.
  • Experience in Agile/Kanban environments, collaborating closely with engineering.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to influence without authority and sound judgment under ambiguity.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, legal, or financial tech) and familiarity with HIPAA or SOC 2.
  • Design proficiency with Figma or a similar tool, and a UX/UI or graphic design background.
  • Experience working in a multi-network platform with multiple client portals, with proven ability to maintain stakeholder accountability across several platforms at once.
  • Experience mentoring product staff or helping establish product practices in a growing organization.
  • Relevant product management certifications (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Marketing).

Working Conditions

Employees residing within 75 miles of the office may be required to maintain regular in-office attendance. Employees residing outside of 75 miles may be required to travel intermittently to the office (travel expenses covered by the company) and attend company-hosted events with advance notice.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and use standard office equipment for extended periods; occasional lifting up to 20 lbs. may be required.

What We Offer

  • A critical, high-visibility role in a mission-driven, growing company.
  • Long-term ownership of product vital to daily operations and customer success.
  • The opportunity to shape and grow the product function as the company scales.
  • Remote-friendly, flexible work culture.
  • Competitive compensation and meaningful opportunities for professional growth.

Benefits

  • Company-provided equipment to perform essential job duties.
  • 401(k) with employer match and profit sharing (when eligible)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage
  • HSA and FSA options, company-paid life insurance, and short-term and long-term disability
  • A full hour of paid lunch, every day
  • Paid time off and holidays — plus extra paid days for your birthday, work anniversary, and volunteering
