Senior Software Engineer
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer with 10-14 years of professional experience to design, develop, and optimize advanced AI agent solutions in the payer domain. This role focuses on leveraging large language models, Java, Python, Spring Boot, and Node.js to build secure, scalable, and compliant platforms that improve healthcare outcomes and operational efficiency. Working in a hybrid model, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive measurable impact for customers and society.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement production-grade AI agent workflows leveraging large language models to automate payer domain processes.
  • Develop and optimize backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot for resilient, scalable APIs supporting AI-driven features.
  • Build and maintain Node.js services and integration layers for seamless communication across platforms and partners.
  • Create robust Python components for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model orchestration.
  • Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques to maximize model relevance, accuracy, and safety in payer-specific use cases.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical designs.

  • Deep hands-on expertise with large language models, AI agents, and prompt engineering.
  • Advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for cloud-ready microservices.
  • Strong skills in Node.js for event-driven and API-centric applications.
