We're actively seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Life Web Solutions team in Newport Beach, CA.
As a Senior Full Stack Developer,you'llplay a key role in Pacific Life's growth and long-term success by building and deliveringcutting-edgeweb solutions to enhance Customer Journey. You will fill a new role that sits on a team of 5 people in the CMD division. Your colleagues will include Senior System Analysts & Engineers, fellow professionals thatbelievesin open communication, collaboration & teamwork, continuous learning, innovation and at the same time having fun by virtue or recognitions and celebrations.
How you'll help move us forward:

  • Design, Develop & Deliverend to endsolutions to meet business needs and build as per enterprise architecture guidelines.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Own end-to-end feature development, from concept to deployment.

  • Identifyand address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and system stability concerns.

  • Design, Develop &Maintainend to end CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.


The experience you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, ora relatedfield.

  • 6+ Years of software developmentexperienceswith minimum 2 years of experience asFullStack Engineer.

  • Provenexpertisein building andmaintainingweb applications using modern frameworks and libraries (e.g., React).

  • Strongproficiencyin server-side languages (.NET, Node.js)

  • Experience with other programming languages like Python and/or Java is a plus.

  • Experience with AWS Cloud services and serverless computing

  • Solid understanding ofmicroservicesarchitecture and SOAP/RESTful/GraphQLAPI design.

  • Experience with database technologies (SQLServer, PostgreSql, DynamoDB)

  • ProficiencywithDevSecOpspractices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.

  • Experience with Work Management platforms Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt tonew technologiesquickly.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Base Pay Range:

The base pay range noted represents the company's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.

$124,830.00 - $152,570.00
