The Opportunity
Michelin's B2B Digital Marketing Team is seeking a B2B Marketing Operations Analyst to drive the next evolution of our online marketing performance, data strategy, and AI enablement. This role sits at the center of marketing, sales, and data, translating complex data into clear insights, connecting marketing to revenue, and helping build the foundation for future AI-driven capabilities.

You will play a critical role in helping our digital marketing team understand what's working, what's not, and where to invest, while advancing how we structure and activate data across the organization.

This is more than a reporting role. You will help shape how we operate.

What You Will Do

Marketing Performance & Insights

  • Own digital marketing performance reporting across channels (website, paid media, organic social, email)
  • Build and maintain dashboards and executive-ready reports to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness
  • Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations to improve performance and customer engagement
  • Partner with marketing teams to optimize campaigns and full-funnel performance

Revenue & ROI Analytics

  • Connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes
  • Analyze Salesforce data (leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, revenue) to measure marketing impact
  • Help leadership understand where marketing is driving measurable business value

Data & Audience Activation

  • Pull and manage audience data from Salesforce Sales Cloud to support Marketing Cloud journeys and campaigns
  • Support segmentation, targeting, and campaign execution through clean, actionable data

Data Foundation & AI Enablement

  • Support efforts to structure and centralize data within Michelin's data lake (CDL)
  • Partner with data and technology teams to connect marketing data for advanced analytics and AI use cases, including Agentic AI
  • Identify opportunities to automate reporting, insights, and workflows using AI and modern tools
  • Contribute to building scalable, future-ready analytics capabilities

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, BI&A, and global teams
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Act as a trusted partner to drive better, data-informed decisions

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, business analytics, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing performance measurement and customer journeys
  • Proven ability to connect marketing activity to revenue and business outcomes

Technical & Analytical Skills (Not All Required)

  • Power BI (preferred): dashboard creation, automated reporting, and semantic model knowledge
  • Salesforce + SQL/SOQL: ability to pull, structure, and analyze CRM and revenue data
  • Python/RStudio (preferred): data manipulation, automation, and large dataset analysis
  • Databricks (strong plus): using Python/SQL to work with enterprise data lake data
  • Cloud AI platforms: experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP (AI/ML services and deployment patterns)
  • LLMs & Agentic AI: familiarity with AI agents, automation, and tools like LangChain
  • Data platforms: experience working with enterprise data lakes (e.g., Azure Data Lake)
  • Excel: strong skills in data analysis, pivot tables, and formulas
