JOB SUMMARY & SCOPE
Direct, coordinate and plan sales support activities, overseeing a team of sales support associates. Responsible for leading the team, hiring, providing performance feedback, setting individual and team expectations. Assigned to lead work on high-priority and more complex accounts with assigned senior sales team. Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Coordinate capacity planning for the team and adjust to meet day to day requirements and workload.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Provide management, leadership, performance feedback and guidance to assigned members of Sales Operations Support Specialist team, setting them up to succeed. Empowers our Sales Operations Support Specialists to help drive business development and pipeline activities as we accelerate our growth. Responsible for team performance and hiring.
  • Allow latitude for the team to carry out their responsibilities relatively independently, providing guidance when needed.
  • Collaborate and work in a synergetic manner with the Sales VP and Sr. Director SOS to drive business and sales initiatives.
  • Team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of office administration procedures and the operation of standard office equipment, systems, and programs.
