Job description

At Pavilion, we embrace "BUILDING YOUR VISION." This translates to both building the physical assets our clients envision and building the careers of our employees. In joining Pavilion, you are joining a family of dedicated, hard-working professionals looking to advance their individual achievements in a forum where mentorship and achievement are rewarded with opportunity.

As a Senior Project Engineer in the Nevada market, you serve in a supporting role to our project team, responsible for the project from inception to close, with detailed knowledge of each project phase and process. The Senior Project Engineer is the central hub of communication for the entire project team, including the owner, architect, engineer, subcontractors, project manager, and superintendent. The most critical role of the Senior Project Engineer is that of information exchange. You are asked to ensure all questions are answered and that all those answers are distributed to the team in the field and to the owner representatives.

Supported by estimators and project accountants, our Senior Project Engineers enjoy a wealth of resources to help make critical data-driven decisions. The Project Engineer is an integral part of the construction life cycle and has a heavy impact on the success of each project.

Senior Project Engineers enjoy the responsibility of communication and a bird's-eye view of each project on an oversight scale. It is a great opportunity to continue a practical education in the construction world. Pavilion Construction provides a means to increase knowledge and support a team of professionals dedicated to "building your vision".

Success at Pavilion Construction requires reliable systems and problem-solving personnel. If words like organized, reliable, and articulate are words that describe you, we would enjoy an introduction. A rewarding career-building opportunity awaits you where you will regularly interface with Pavilion clients, support multiple projects and project managers, have an opportunity to learn more about the organization, and make a difference in a vibrant and growing company.
