Job Summary:
The Junior Project Engineer supports the planning, coordination, and execution of construction and industrial services projects. This role is designed for early-career engineers who are looking to build foundational experience in civil construction, project delivery, and field operations.
The Junior Project Engineer will work under the guidance of Project Managers and senior engineering staff to develop technical knowledge, support project execution, and ensure adherence to AIS Infrastructure's safety standards and operational expectations.
  • Assist in the development and tracking of project plans, including scope, budget, and schedule
  • Support field operations through site visits, data collection, and progress tracking
  • Assist with preparation of engineering documents, drawings, and project reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to support project execution
  • Monitor construction activities to help ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
  • Maintain project documentation, including logs, reports, and tracking tools
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions • Learn and apply AIS Infrastructure processes, systems, and safety protocols

Requirements and Education:
  • Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical and field experience
  • Good organizational and time management skills
