Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and collaborative individual to join our organization, working on the Engineering Organizational Development team as part of the global Engineering Chief Operating Officer organization. This role will serve as a critical partner to senior Engineering leadership, driving strategic initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration within the organization. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing business processes, delivering Engineering programs, supporting key decision-making, and ensuring the effective execution of divisional and regional priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Utilize the firm style guide to develop internal communications for key programs and regional events.
  • Project & Program Management: Facilitate and manage cross-functional efforts on a variety of strategic initiatives and special projects related to Engineering career development and learning (e.g. career framework and technical training programs), location strategy (e.g., seating expansion and office buildouts), and organizational growth (e.g., local leadership enablement, headcount planning, efficiency initiatives, and budget optimization)
  • Strategic Partnership and Management: Collaborate closely with senior leaders to define, monitor, and advance strategic objectives and key business initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains, designing and implementing solutions to improve accuracy, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Reporting: Create and maintain organization or program reporting to effectively communicate progress on key initiatives in a clear and concise manner.
  • Business Planning & Analytics: Support annual business planning cycles, financial forecasting, and resource management, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and track performance.
  • Organizational Development: Partner with Human Capital Management and other relevant teams on talent management, organizational design, and workforce strategy initiatives.
  • Problem Solving & Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address operational challenges, analyze potential risks, and propose effective solutions to maintain business continuity and drive progress.
  • Coordination: Manage key business meetings and events for leadership and regional stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a strategic support, project management, or operational role within a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for clear, concise, and impactful messaging.
  • Strong analytical acumen and problem-solving capabilities, comfortable navigating complex data and workflows.
  • Highly organized, with excellent project management skills, attention to detail and follow-through
  • Results-oriented with ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines, while prioritizing according to urgency
  • Strong proficiency in standard business productivity software, including advanced experience in presentation and manipulating data using spreadsheet applications; ability to analyze data and draw conclusions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within the financial services or technology industry preferred but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and AI Tooling.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and intellectually curious mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement
