Onsite Job: Sr. Quality Engineer | Louisville, Kentucky, United States Sr. Quality Engineer (Onsite) - Louisville, KY Indotronix is seeking an experienced Sr. Quality Engineer to join our team onsite in Louisville, KY. If you are passionate about driving product excellence, leading quality initiatives, and making a significant impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you. About the Role As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be the front line in assuring product and process quality for our manufacturing and engineering operations. You will analyze quality data, identify root causes, and lead corrective actions to ensure compliance with strict industry standards. Your expertise will support continuous improvement and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams. Responsibilities - Analyze quality metrics and trends to deliver actionable insights for process improvements. - Lead root cause investigations using RCCA, 5-Whys, and countermeasure sheets. - Support tiered management systems and escalation procedures for quality issues. - Facilitate and participate in Non-Conformance Report (NCR) reviews and containment actions. - Conduct Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and maintain inspection/control plans. - Respond to Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and ensure timely resolution. - Review technical documents, contractual requirements, and detect counterfeit parts. - Manage and support PFMEA activities and apply GD&T for design integrity. - Drive ROI-focused quality improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations. - Communicate effectively with operators to reinforce and confirm quality requirements. - Perform and support internal process audits and work package management. Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related technical field (10+ years relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree). - Minimum 5 years in quality engineering within aerospace, defense, or manufacturing. - Expertise in RCCA, CARs, BOE, PFMEA, NCR, MSA, 5-Whys, and GD&T. - Proven track record of leading quality improvement and containment activities.
