Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive strategic program execution from planning through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program governance, financial management, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications
  • 8–10 years of progressive project management experience, including 5+ years of program management leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Proven ability to independently manage program timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a track record of driving complex issues to resolution.

  • Experience with service delivery models and continuous process improvement initiatives.

  • Proven experience managing, tracking, and forecasting budgets and financials for large-scale or customer-facing programs.

  • Experience working with global solution providers and distributed teams.

  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • PMP, PgMP, Prosci, Agile, or Scrum certifications are preferred.

  • Experience in real estate, professional services, or service-based delivery environments is a plus.
