What is a senior program assistant?

A senior program assistant is a professional who supports program management by coordinating activities, preparing reports, and assisting with project implementation. They often have experience in administrative tasks, strong organizational skills, and may use tools like spreadsheets and databases to track progress. This role typically requires attention to detail and effective communication skills.
