Gnostech is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide analytical support for programs and projects by evaluating objectives and tracking performance. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities and Qualifications will include but are not limited to:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
  • Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.
  • Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. 
  • Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. 
  • Track program/project status and schedules. 
  • Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Understanding of analytical techniques for evaluating objectives and performance.
  • Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and actionable manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • BA/BS degree and 10 years of experience providing analytical support for programs and projects.
  • AA/AS degree accepted in lieu of BA/BS with accompanying 5 years of experience performing the duties described in the duties and responsibilities of this position.
  • GED/Diploma accepted in lieu of BA/BS with accompanying 10 years of experience performing the duties and responsibilities of this position.

Desired Experience

  • Demonstrated program analysis experience in government organizations.

Minimum Security Clearance

  • Current active Secret Clearance
